I just noticed that the title on my ticket is incorrect; it should read "Ms" instead of "Mr". Is it possible to change it? Can I request a title correction for my ticket?

Changing a title to "Ms" rather than "MR" is acceptable. Name correction is defined as the correction of a passenger's surname (family name), first name, middle name, or title as a result of a spelling error or a missing name component (for example, a middle name that is absent).


The name correction is not allowed for the below scenarios:


  •     The itinerary includes interline segments and/or code-share airline
  •     Partially flown PNRs
  •     Swap with another new name
  •     Changes after check-in
