I would like to cancel my Stopover booking. How can I get this done?

To cancel your stopover booking, kindly contact the Customer Service Team here.


Please be aware that cancellations must be requested more than 72 hours before your scheduled departure. Kindly note that making cancellations to your booking may incur a service fee.  


The final refund value will be provided after the deduction of applicable fees and non-refundable taxes. Upon acknowledgement, the refund process will take 15–30 working days.
