Collecting Avios:
- Avios will only be collected for all holiday packages (all products on the website) purchased online at holidays.qatarairways.com.
- Qatar Airways Privilege Club members must enter their membership number at the time of purchase of the holiday package to collect Avios.
- Avios will be credited once the holiday package is consumed.
- Avios are awarded based on the total amount spent (excluding all taxes and surcharges).
If the Holiday Package includes two or more Qatar Airways Privilege Club members in the travelling party, then the Avios collected from the Holiday Package will be credited to Traveller 1 filled in the Traveller Details once the Holiday Package has been consumed.
Each of the Qatar Airways Privilege Club members part of the travelling party will collect Avios on their flight(s) only after the flight has been flown if they have purchased a Flight+Hotel package, provided they have entered their membership numbers at the time of purchase.
- All Avios collected by Qatar Airways Privilege Club members who are part of the Family Program will be credited to the main member’s account.
Spending Avios:
- Qatar Airways Privilege Club members should ensure that account access and correct contact details are updated before initiating the transaction to authorize any Avios redemption.
- When ‘Pay with Avios’ is selected, Avios will be deducted immediately from the Qatar Airways Privilege Club member’s balance or upon the successful completion of card payment (including if a mixture of card payment and Avios is used).
- Refundability of Avios used within the Holiday Package is subject to the terms and conditions of the Holiday Package. Any cancellation fees incurred on holiday packages will not be deducted from Avios.
- ‘Pay with Avios’ cannot be used on additional fees incurred upon making changes to the Holiday Packages.
